Family Time Vacation Rentals

Family is why we're here

We started this business to help families escape and make memories together.

Our story

From one cabin to many

In 2004, Matthew and Angela bought a cabin in Southern Utah to get away from Las Vegas and spend real time together as a growing family. When the financial pressures of the late 2000s hit, they started renting it out to cover costs. That simple decision turned into something bigger: a chance to help other homeowners generate income and help guests create their own family memories. Family Time Vacation Rentals was born in 2008 with one clear goal: make it possible for families to get away.
