Winter Travel: Brian Head is a high-elevation mountain destination, and winter conditions can include heavy snow, ice, and rapidly changing weather. Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is strongly recommended during the winter months and may be necessary during snowy or icy conditions. Please check current weather and road conditions before traveling and come prepared for mountain driving. Snow and ice may also be present throughout the condo complex, parking areas, and walkways.

Rental Agreement: After booking, you’ll be asked to review and acknowledge our rental agreement, which covers standard house rules and expectations for taking care of the property. Completion is required before access information can be provided.

Starter Supplies: The condo is stocked with a starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and shampoo, generally sufficient for an average 2.5-night stay. For longer stays, please plan to purchase additional supplies as needed.

Early Check-In and Late Checkout: We’re happy to accommodate these requests when our housekeeping schedule allows. Approved early check-in or late checkout is available for a $50 fee. These options may not be available when we have same-day guest turnover.

No Pets: Giant Steps Condos are strictly NO PETS for guests per HOA policy. Violations may result in the HOA requiring guests to remove the pet or vacate the property.

Property Appearance: We do our best to keep the condo consistent with the photos shown in the listing. Occasionally, décor, furnishings, or other items may be replaced due to normal wear, damage, or maintenance needs.
